ARES Events

Important Update:  The in-person meetings will be held at the Lee County PSC. The meetings will be held at:

The meetings begin at 7:00 PM, and both members and non-members are urged to attend.

Important Note:  The PSC is a SECURED FACILITY with limited access.  LeeARES members may use their badges to enter the main gate.  Non-members of LeeARES and other visitors, must gain access by contacting any member of LeeARES membership or by making prior arrangements to meet them ahead of time.  DO NOT PUSH THE CALL BUTTON located outside the facility.  This action goes directly to the EMS Supervisor on Duty and takes away from their important work.  The BUTTONS are NOT to be used for entry into the PSC.  The only way for non members to gain access is by the methods noted.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Training takes many forms for our Lee County ARES® / RACES. In-Person and On-The-Air Meetings are primary; drills and exercises are scheduled at regular intervals; and the annual SET (Section Emergency Test) all combine to develop and improve the operating skills of our members.
